At WovenLabels.ae, we value your trust and aim to deliver every order with care and accuracy. Since our products are custom-made, we maintain a fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our production standards.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Our team will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders
Because each woven label, clothing label, and patch is made to your approved design, refunds and returns are generally not available. Exceptions apply only if: The product is faulty,
The delivered item does not match the approved sample or design proof.
Changes to Orders
Once production has started, we cannot make modifications. Any change will be treated as a new order.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details. Orders lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Courier Rider Attempt: If the courier rider contacts you for delivery and you are unavailable, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the courier for collection. WovenLabels.ae will not be held responsible if the parcel is placed on hold or returned due to missed delivery.
International Orders: Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or significantly different from your approved design, you may request a replacement or refund after review.
